CHEERFUL



Cheefulness is a worth that Everyone like. Who possesses it becomes like a lure of fragment. We struggle to achieve some gauge of this quality.
Cheerfulness comes from a sense of well being, every body wants more calm and cheerfulness. It is an prominent quality. Many situation and events pilfer our happiness and joy. We commit mistakes that give us anxiety and sorrowful. Thoughts of resentment, envy, anger disgust vanishes our cheerfulness.
To find cheerfulness we need to do is focus on good things of others and leave aside our bad things. If we follow this nature’s rule certainly we will be able to achieve cheerfulness. The negative thoughts are the cause of sorrow/gilt, and we lose our cheerfulness.
Thoughts are the source of our action, when we focus on good qualities , our thoughts will be good and our action will be elevated, bringing with them the great joy, happiness and eventually expression of cheerfulness.

Every body in this world retired from active professional life on a pre-determine age .The longevity of people has increased due to Science & technology and advanced medical facilities.
The peace in life is a state of mind, if a mind is not engaged actively and purposefully, it may affect the thinking process and lead to faster decaying of the cell in our body resulting in ageing.
Retired persons should have chosen to pursue their own Vocation, it may be Social service, reading books, gardening visiting relatives friend etc. Such as several avenue available to retired fellows to lead a purposefully-life.
